Haley Bourne

Haley serves as our Customer Service Representative, assisting agents and customers with payments, changes and helping answer questions. Haley has lived in Scottsville since she was a young child and has worked in customer service for the last 4 years. When not working, she and her fiancé enjoy spending time on the James River- he fishes while Haley catches up on a good book. They recently purchased their first home and are expecting their first child this summer.
